A dog who visited the local dog park has died of pneumonia from what was guessed to be “Kennel Cough” but vets here wouldn’t even think of testing for H1N1. I think it can spread to dogs.
Does anyone *know* if it can?

my son has been throwing up last night after complaining about stomach pains…and he has thrown up like 3 times during the nite when he had nothing in his stomach, he was basically throwing up
bile. any clue? rota virus? salmonella poisoning?
i know he had a corn dog at the mall and when he came over later, that’s when he started vomitting after he had his dinner.

We have eleven birds (five baby budgerigars, three adults, three cockatiels) and one dog. I’m sick with the flu (doubt its the H1N1), but I was wondering, is it safe to handle our birds, especially the babies?
