First, I don’t think the leg pain and your flu are related.

Second, where is the leg pain? Are you on birth control pills? Do you smoke? Could it be a blood clot?

Take some ibuprofen, take a hot bath, and stretch it.

You are dehydrated and your blood needs fluids to flow smoothly. Your blood gets gluggy if your fluid intake is inadequate. The pain in your leg is the muscle shrinking, like a cramp. from lack of smooth blood flow. Have a glass of water. I do not think 8 glasses of water a day is necessary but you should not drink high – caffeine drinks (like Red Bull) or sweet (soda) drinks for a while – like cocacola, lemonade, etc.. Cordial, fruit juice, and non-caffeinated drinks are good. A glass of water in the morning when you wake. one with every meal and one before you go to bed will get you going again.

If you think you do not need fluid or you think they make you feel rusty, then you are a robot – drink oil. It might make you feel better
