My senior chihuahua is sick. Is there a flu for dogs going around?

He has been to the vet. His blood-work came back normal but he is still very restless. Could there be something neurological? His tummy was twitching yesterday but seems better now. He is almost constantly by my side so I know it is not a toxin or trauma.

Yes there is a flu that is going around for dogs and if he has been out in the open around a lot of dogs he might have it.
