should my dog come near me when i am sick?

actualy its my sister she has the stomach flu i think and she is cuddling with the dog and hes a licker so eekkk…. and it just made me think he goes and rubs on her germs and then comes by us (the other sibilings) and rubs up on us and licks our faces cuz hes 1 so still hyper hes a chawawa dont know how to spell lol thanks?
but my dog cant get anything from a human??

lol no prolly not but it wont matter to the dog he can’t catch those types of sicknesses but he can still carry them around to other family members making others sick
