Dog Flu Treatment

Question by Doc: why do my dogs keep sneezing when they play-fight with each other?
Is this what most dogs do?

Both of my dogs sneeze every 5 seconds or so, or in between every 2-3 ‘bites’ when they play with each other. It isn’t exactly sneezing, I’m not really sure what to call it. It’s more like they’re just doing it to make noise or something.
My old dog (RIP) used to ’sneeze’ whenever she got exited about food or something

Is that why they do it? To show exitement?

I’m not too worried that my dog threw up, she is eating and drinking and has lots of energy. But My other dog puked twice yesterday (she seems fine now) and my friend’s dog (who watched my do 4 days ago) was apparently puking a couple days ago too. they all seem OK, just wondering if they can get sick from each other like people do?
I’m pretty sure they didn’t eat anything, as the two dogs besides mine were never together anywhere!
