Answer by TNEB I have a dog with allergies. He sneezes a lot, wheezes, scratches his eyes, and licks his paws too! I think you’ll have to go to the vet. My vet gave my dog some steroid pills and he feels sooo much better!

I met this guy at my college in the lunch line… i commented on what he was wearing, we had a conversation, and he asked me for my phone number. He texted me the next weekend, but I already had plans and I had to decline. then he didn’t call me for the next week but when he did call, he apologized and said that he had the flu. he ended up taking me to dinner, then taking me to his friend’s apartment and watching a movie with me and giving me chocolate cake (LOL). he walked me home and didn’t try to kiss me, i just gave him a hug. i invited him to starbucks the next day and he said yes, he didn’t get anything but just sat and talked with me. he brought the subject of relationships up, and mentioned that he really liked to take things slowly. he IMed me the next day and said that him and his mom dad and brother were going to go shopping and that he wanted me to come. I had already planned a four hour trip back home though, and i reminded him of that. then he said that we should hang out the following weekend, so i met his parents and brothers and sister and dog. they were all nice. him his brother and I went to go see a movie. then we came back to his apartment and watched another movie. but he sat hardly even close to me, not even close enough to brush my shoulder. he said that we should hang out the NEXT day, so we watched a movie with his brother, sister, and best friend, (who is a girl). i sat on the right side of the couch, with a lot of space beside me, but he sat on the chair right next to the couch, close but far. he wrapped up some brownies and gave them to me cause he knows i love chocolate. he always drives me home, and he hardly ever texts me…… he hasn’t tried to hold my hand or put his arm around me. he offered to buy me pepper spray to protect myself walking around campus at night….so many mixed signals ahhh!! what do i think?? it’s been three weeks!

Hey guys. I found out today that I failed one of my classes this semester. It was a rough time, I moved across the country and immediately transferred in to this new college. I had to have one of my beloved old dogs euthanized while my husband was gone two weeks on business and I was heartbroken. (I don’t have any friends here yet) Shortly after that, I got a really bad case of the flu and missed a week of school and I missed an exam I didn’t make up and I was supposed to go watch a play that was happening the same time my dog was slipping away. (I take full responsibility for failing, I just didn’t want anyone thinking I’m one of those people who don’t give a crap).
I did fine in my other two classes. I am going to retake that class this summer. I feel so bad. I can’t tell my husband or anything. I am so embarrased. Should I take the class over with the same prof? Will I be able to get into the UNT library and info sciences program? Will I even be able to get into UNT

Answer by Timothy G If by UNT you mean the University of North Texas, than no, you should have no prob em getting into the library and info sciences program if you retake the course and receive an A or B in the course. I would rec commend that you look and see if there is a grade forgiveness for the course you failed. Good luck.

My family keeps saying everything is my fault the only reason I have to live is because My little sister is crying her eyes out because of my dog and i know she is sad and i dont want my death to affect her more but I dont think i can take it. first of all – everything is NOT your fault.
and maybe your family was more effected by this than you think and they just need a scape goat.
just remember these stages in life that you’re going throrugh now are what shape a boy into the man he wil be in the future.
you have to be strong for your sister.
because if your not she may go down the same path as you.
but yes you really just need someone to talk it out with.
and maybe some anti depressants if that doesn’t work.

Hi, right now I am inquiring about a particular rabbit that I like. (Her name is spice)
But I am very worried about diseases rabbits could carry. Could my dog get rabbit fever/flu from a bunny?
Is there any disease my dog can get from a rabbit?
It wouldn’t be in direct contact with the rabbit but I’m still worried it might get something if I carry something to it.

Answer by whltehummingbird Don’t worry about it. Since she’s in a humane society she should be clean of anything she may have carried. If she’s disease free now, I wouldn’t worry about it as long as you keep her away from other infected rabbits. There are illnesses that can move from animal to animal, you just need to take care of your animals and it won’t be a problem. Give her a good home.

The first pet I had was a Maltese(my grandparents’ actually) I’ve known her since I was a baby. She LOVED me SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!! Than one Christmas Eve she died of a dog flu.
The second pet I got was a little kitten that I got for my 9th B-day. She was the sweetest. When I was about to got to school my mom and I honked the horn just to make sure the kitten wasn’t underneath the car.After 3 times we decided to start the car. I went over to the deck and called for (Angel). I saw what I thought was some white fuzzy stuff that Angel played. When I picked it up it was soft. I told my mom and she “Alex Angel went crawling under the bush, I think she got hit in the moter.” We took Angel to the clinic and the vet said she had to be put to sleep.
The third pet I had was a Doberman Pincher. She was the best. All I can say is she died at the age of 11 from bone cancer.
The fourth pet I had was another Doberman Pincher. He had heart worm disease. He had to be put to sleep.

They found one big tumor that is pushing up on the intestine, and a few other tiny ones. We are going to have to put him down sometime soon, because he wont eat ANYTHING. If anybody has any ideas on how i could get him to eat, you would be giving my dog alittle more time on earth =) thanks.

—Thanks for the help. He isnt in pain, he is just getting weaker from not eating. The tumor is pushing on his stomach making him feel full. Would it be alright to force feed him? I dont want to keep him alive if he starts getting in pain, but if he eats he should be alright for alittle bit longer atleast….

Try boiling some boneless chicken and rice, and mash it up really well, then, feed it to him by hand. Also, if he isn’t drinking water on his own, let him lick an ice cube that is in your hand.
