Wondering about the dog flu vaccine?

I am deciding on whether or not to get my dog vaccinated for the dog flu virus. He does get groomed regularly but that’s it as far as his contact with other dogs. I’m a bit apprehensive because it’s so new, I worry about problems that the vaccine could cause down the road. Has anyone gotten their dogs vaccinated for the flu virus? Do you recommended or not recommended it?

I’m a trainer and I do NOT recommend it to my clients. The vet I work with also does not recommend it unless your dog will be constantly exposed to it.
